In the last week of Term 3, the Year 1 and 2 students went on a simulated flight to celebrate the end of their geography inquiry unit.
The students had been learning a great deal about different countries and cultures throughout the term.
Each student was given a passport and a special boarding pass for the AlbanyAir flight ARPS2016.
After a brief safety demonstration and a message from the captian – the plane took off.
The students were flown around the world, stopping in Beijing, Cairo, Athens, Rio before landing back down in Melbourne.
Students received in-flight meals as well as enjoyed some in-flight entertainment.
